This presentation will examine the time honoured principle of Ahimsa (non-violence) and its significance during times of turmoil. Considering the spiritual basis of this practice, we will explore the efficacy of non-violence and loving kindness amidst conflict. Together, we will look at ways of applying these practices in our daily lives and also consider their relevance in changing times.
